Odoo Solutions

Ask a transport owner what a single trip earned and you usually get a pause. Diesel is in one book, tyres in another, tolls on a FASTag statement, driver advances in a cash register, and the freight bill in Tally. By the time it is all reconciled, the truck has done ten more trips.

The pressure on that margin is real. A study for DPIIT put India’s logistics cost at 7.97% of GDP in FY2023-24, and the National Logistics Policy is pushing it lower. Since January 2025, e-way bills can only be generated for documents up to 180 days old, and extensions are capped. On the Gulf side, UAE re-exports reached AED 830 billion in 2025, up 15.7%, and e-invoicing becomes mandatory for larger UAE businesses on 1 January 2027. Saudi forwarders above the wave thresholds are already on ZATCA Phase 2.

Odoo can carry a transport business from enquiry to proof of delivery. The partner decides whether it does. Here are five to shortlist. We are one of them and we go first; the questions at the end will show whether that is fair.

How we chose

We looked for published fleet, freight, courier or 3PL work, tools for trip costing and document capture, and delivery in India or the GCC. Claims for other firms are as they publish them.

1. ochre.digital (Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai)

ochre.digital runs every project on a fixed price and a fixed scope. We do not sell prepaid Success Pack hours unless a client asks. Transport firms have seen enough open-ended IT bills.

Our clearest logistics proof is a quarry, crushing and logistics group with separate manufacturing, transport and trading companies, each GST-registered. Every trip is costed in Odoo: diesel, tyres and lubricants against the vehicle, driver payouts per tonne, challans and weighment slips attached, and invoices raised on delivered quantity. E-invoices and e-way bills are generated from the same record. For a heavy commercial vehicle spare-parts distributor with 36 principal agencies and three warehouses, we gave the team live stock across every location.

We go live in phases, starting with billing and costing, and train dispatchers, fleet supervisors and accounts on their own tasks. The return appears in the first quarter: trips that were never billed, fuel that does not match distance, vehicles that lose money.

Best for: fleet owners, transporters and distributors running their own vehicles, who want per-trip and per-vehicle profit on a fixed-price project.

2. Softhealer Technologies (Rajkot, Sharjah)

Softhealer says it is a Gold partner in India and a Silver partner in the UAE, with 150+ staff. Its Epsilon Logistics case covers a Rajkot freight forwarder on Odoo 18 Enterprise, with port and rate masters, container and warehouse tracking and GPS vehicle tracking.

Best for: forwarders who need custom apps built around their process. The reported gains are the firm’s own figures.

3. SDLC Corp (Noida, Dubai, Doha)

SDLC Corp presents itself as an Odoo partner with offices in India, Dubai and Qatar. Its Transworld Logistics case covers fleet telematics, a barcode and RFID warehouse, route planning and AI reading of proofs of delivery and goods receipts.

Best for: forwarders and 3PLs across India and the Gulf. Confirm its partner grade, which it does not state.

4. Bizople Solutions (Gujarat)

Bizople is a Silver partner. Its Zajil Express case covers a Saudi courier and freight firm with custom shipment tracking, cash-on-delivery management and fleet dispatch modules.

Best for: courier and last-mile operators in Saudi Arabia. The project runs on Odoo Community.

5. Ksolves India (Noida)

Ksolves describes itself as a Gold partner. It moved a 93-entity Indian trading, logistics and warehousing group from Tally to Odoo 18, including a custom marine insurance module, and has built an AI invoice-matching agent for a distribution client.

Best for: large groups with many entities. Ask how phase two of the 93-entity rollout, due September 2026, went live.

Questions to ask in the demo

  1. Show me profit for one trip and one vehicle this month.
  2. Generate an e-way bill and an e-invoice from a delivery, then extend the e-way bill.
  3. Reconcile cash-on-delivery collections by branch.
  4. How do drivers’ advances and settlements reach accounts?
  5. Is the price fixed, with exclusions in writing?

Licences need a look too. Under Odoo 20, a Light User for attendance, expenses and self-service costs ₹195 a month in India, against ₹580 for a Standard user in year one. Drivers and loaders often qualify. Model your fleet on our Odoo pricing calculator.

The last word

The right partner shows you per-trip profit in the first demo, not the last. If you want that on a fixed price, talk to us. Hauling for industry? Our guides for steel and manufacturing in India show what your customers expect from their systems.
