Smart Lead Round Robin
Distribute CRM leads fairly and automatically. Set a weight, a daily cap and skip days for every salesperson, then let Odoo route each new lead to the right person.

Weighted distribution
Give each person a weight. A 1:2:3 pool sends three leads to the senior rep for every one to a junior.
Equal rotation
Prefer a flat split? Set equal weights and every member takes the next lead in turn.
Daily caps
Limit how many leads a person can receive in a day. Once the cap is hit, the rotation skips them.
Skip days
Mark leave or holidays by date, for the whole pool or one person, with an optional note.
Filter domains
Point a pool at a lead segment using a standard Odoo domain. Route by country, source, tag or any field.
Multiple pools
Run separate pools for regions, products or teams. Order them by sequence and switch any pool on or off.
Auto fill sales team
Set the lead’s sales team automatically on assignment, so pipelines and reporting stay clean.
Only unassigned leads
