How much server do I need to run Odoo?
As a rule of thumb: up to ~5 users runs comfortably on 1 vCPU and 4 GB RAM; 5–20 users on 2 vCPU and 8 GB; 20–50 users on 4 vCPU and 16 GB; and 50–100+ users on 8 vCPU and 32 GB. What is included in the monthly price?

Is managed cloud better than Odoo Online?
Odoo Online is simplest if you only need standard apps. A managed cloud server is the better fit when you want custom modules, third-party integrations, external API access, larger databases, or full control over backups and performance — common once you move to the Custom tier.
