Indian factories are busier than they have been in years. The government’s first advance estimate put manufacturing growth at 7% for FY26. PLI schemes alone had supported ₹23.79 lakh crore of production by June 2026. Yet walk into most mid-sized plants and the production plan still lives in Excel, costing lives in Tally, and the real stock position lives in the stores manager’s head.
That gap is why so many owners are looking at Odoo for 2027. The software is rarely the hard part. The partner is. A good one gets your BOMs, job work and costing live in weeks. A poor one leaves you with a half-built system and a second implementation bill.
We are one of the five partners below, and we have put ourselves first. Judge that claim against the questions at the end.
How we chose
We looked for partners with published manufacturing work in India, a real bench of Odoo consultants, and a track record on the compliance that trips factories up: GST e-invoicing (now with a 30-day reporting window for turnover above ₹10 crore), e-way bills and ITC-04 job work returns. Grades and claims for other firms are as they publish them.
1. ochre.digital (Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai)
ochre.digital is built around one idea: a factory should see a return on Odoo within the first year, not the third. Every project is fixed scope and fixed price. We do not sell prepaid Success Pack hours unless a client specifically asks for them, because open-ended hours reward the partner for slow work.
Adoption comes before features. Finance, sales, purchase and inventory go live first on real data. Routings, quality checks and custom modules follow once the shop floor trusts the numbers. Our published work shows the pattern. A Chennai precision spring and wire-form maker now traces every lot from wire coil to dispatch and back, with costing on actual machine time. A cookware and pressure-cooker manufacturer went live in August 2026 after two failed ERP attempts; our first review surfaced 51 pending deliveries no spreadsheet had flagged. A drone manufacturer keeps a serial-level parts register across 26 service centres.
Where standard Odoo stops, we build. Our textile manufacturing module is listed on the Odoo App Store.
Best for: owner-led manufacturers with 20 to 500 users who want a fixed price, a clear go-live date and a partner that stays for the second year.
2. Ksolves India (Noida)
Ksolves is a listed company and one of the larger Odoo practices in the country. It describes itself as a Gold partner and carries Odoo’s Best Partner India 2025 award. It claims 350+ Odoo projects and 140+ certified consultants, and publishes a manufacturing page covering 15 verticals with a stated 8 to 12 week timeline for a mid-market factory.
Best for: companies that want a large bench and a known name. Ask for named manufacturing references, as the public site leads with process rather than clients.
3. TechUltra Solutions (Ahmedabad)
A Gold partner since 2021, TechUltra claims 400+ Odoo implementations, with manufacturing as a core industry. Its published Duke Pipes case covers pipe extrusion on Odoo 18 across 13 functions, with 18 quality inspection formats and a Tally-style P&L for the finance team. It also markets a foundry solution on Odoo 20.
Best for: Gujarat and western India plants of 50 to 500 employees, the mid-market band the firm quotes timelines for. It runs from a single office.
4. Emipro Technologies (Rajkot)
Emipro has more than 13 years on Odoo, lists itself as a Gold partner and claims 200+ implementations. Its manufacturing proof includes Sculptoris Innovation, a costing and production case. Most of its published cases sit in distribution and eCommerce.
Best for: manufacturers who sell through marketplaces or their own online store and need strong connectors alongside MRP.
5. Cybrosys Technologies (Kochi, Calicut)
Cybrosys is one of the oldest Odoo houses in India, with 16+ years and a very large app catalogue. Its Brocade India Polytex case is worth reading: Cybrosys took over a failed rollout by another partner and moved the bag manufacturer to Odoo 16 Enterprise with quality, maintenance and e-invoicing, cutting custom code by about 30%.
Best for: projects that need heavy custom development or a rescue. Odoo’s directory lists it as a Silver partner, so confirm the grade before you sign.
Five questions to ask any partner
- Is the price fixed, and what exactly is out of scope?
- Can I speak to a manufacturing client who has been live for a year?
- Who runs our project day to day, and are they certified?
- How will you handle ITC-04, e-invoicing and the job work cycle?
- How many of our shop floor staff can run on Light User licences?
That last one matters more than it used to. Under Odoo 20 pricing, a Light User for shop floor, barcode and attendance work costs ₹195 a month against ₹580 for a Standard user in year one. On a plant with 60 operators, that is a saving of more than ₹2.7 lakh a year. Run your own numbers on our Odoo pricing calculator.
The short version
Pick the partner who will commit to a price and a date, and who can show you a factory like yours that is still happy a year later. If you want to see how a fixed-cost, adoption-first project would look for your plant, talk to us or read how we approach implementation pricing.
