Ochre Textile Manufacturing

A domain engine for silk and fabric mills on Odoo 19 — coded article masters, process-flow routing, colour and dye lab, warp construction, and an order-network engine that turns a sales order into a live production plan. Runs on Odoo Community and Enterprise.

ONE SALES ORDER EXPLODES INTO A PRODUCTION NETWORK
Sales orderFinishingWeavingWarpingYarn dyeing

Why it matters

One sales order becomes a live production plan

A confirmed sales order explodes into its typed production network — finishing, weaving, warping and yarn dyeing — each order linked to the one it feeds, with a visual network chain coloured by status and a progress chain that turns green as steps complete. It leans on native Odoo Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting rather than replacing them.

What it does

Everything a weaving and dyeing mill runs on

Model your articles with a code engine, route them through process flows, plan the floor and the dye house, and print the full pack of mill paperwork.

Coding

Coded article masters

Yarn, Greige, Finished and Non-Textile article types on a Textile tab, with a data-driven code engine that decodes every segment — configurable without programming.

Yarn

Yarn masters

Grey or dyed yarn with material, composition, count and count system, ply, twist direction and TPM, make-up and colour — plus multi-source supply variants.

Greige

Greige & warp construction

Greige with width, weight, warp and weft thread counts, reed width and gauge, weave, standard piece length — and a warp beam bill of materials.

Routing

Process flows you can see

Every process flow drawn as a connected step chain with the machine on each operation, over an editable underlying step list.

Colour

A colour board with true shades

A colour palette board grouped by family, each card showing the true shade, carried onto lists, forms and dye recipes.

Engine

Order network engine

A confirmed sales order explodes into a typed production network of weaving, warping, dyeing and finishing — each order linked to the one it feeds.

Tracking

Visual progress chain

Operation-by-operation progress, with a network chain coloured by status and a progress chain that turns green as steps complete.

Planning

Production & loom load board

A drag-and-drop kanban pipeline by status, and a Gantt loom load board you drag to reschedule and reassign — with a calendar fallback on Community.

Dye lab

Recipes for the dye house

Dye recipes with components, quantities and basis, plus a printable batch recipe card the dye house works from.

Export

Export-ready commercials

Export header fields — agent, merchandiser, ports, transport, delivery terms, LUT, country of origin — carried across sales, purchase, invoice and delivery.

Documents

A full pack of mill PDFs

Branded yarn PO, SO confirmation, export invoice, delivery note, dyeing orders, weave production order, picking list and batch recipe.

Config

The reference data a mill runs on

Fibre and material masters, count systems, typed orders and positions, machine and loom register, and reusable process flows.

On the floor

Production progress and loom scheduling

A production order tracks each operation to green, and the loom load board schedules weave orders across looms by day — drag to reschedule and reassign.

Built on native Odoo

Extends Odoo, doesn’t replace it

Works with native Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting — with lot tracking for yarn and piece-level serial tracking for fabric.

Roles & access

Four roles out of the box

User, Shop Floor Operator, Planner and Manager — access scoped to each.

Setup & trials

Sample data in one click

A one-click sample-data loader and a clean reset — a fresh database becomes a full working demonstration, and back again.

Native Odoo

Core Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting

Leans on core Odoo, with lot tracking for yarn and piece-level serial tracking for fabric.

Set up in minutes

From article to finished fabric

01

Model

Set up coded yarn, greige and finished articles, process flows, colours, machines and looms — with one-click sample data to explore.

02

Explode the order

Confirm a sales order and it explodes into a typed production network — weaving, warping, dyeing and finishing — bound to their process flows.

03

Run the floor

Schedule looms on the load board, track each operation to green, run the dye lab, and print the full pack of mill documents.
