Why it matters
An appraisal is only useful if people trust it
Spreadsheets drift, the same score means different things to different managers, and last year’s reviews are lost by March. Ochre Appraisal puts the rules in Odoo: who scores what, how it is weighted, which stages apply, and how each period rolls up across the year.
What it does
A complete appraisal, configured to your policy
Define the traits, the weights and the stages once. Odoo runs the rest, from the employee’s self-appraisal to the year-end roll-up.
Dual-trait scoring
Personality traits are scored by the supervisor and HR and averaged. Professional traits are scored by the supervisor. The final score is the average of both.
Configurable process
Self → Supervisor → HR. Switch the Self or HR stage off and the workflow, the portal and the scoring adapt automatically.
Weighted traits
Define your own trait list per category and give each a weight, or keep them equal for a plain average.
Self-service portal
Employees fill their self-appraisal and acknowledge the final result from the portal. No backend login needed.
Any frequency
Run monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual cycles, for the whole company, a department or a chosen list of employees.
Collated year view
