Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant (Accounting & Finance) to design, configure, and optimize financial workflows within Odoo ERP. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles combined with hands-on experience in Odoo Accounting modules.
As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to translate business and compliance requirements into scalable Odoo solutions. Your expertise will help organizations streamline financial operations, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure regulatory compliance across regions.

Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial workflows

Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting, Invoicing, Expenses modules

Knowledge of GST / VAT / statutory compliance (India or Middle East preferred)

Ability to gather requirements and convert them into Odoo configurations

Experience in UAT, documentation, and end-user training

Comfortable working with technical consultants and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience with 4+ years in ERP, consulting, or business operations will be considered.

1–5+ years of experience working with Odoo or similar ERP systems in a functional consulting, business analyst, or operations role.

Experience working with SMEs, startups, or mid-market organizations, preferably in process-driven or subscription-based business environments.

Demonstrated end-to-end thinking in defining requirements, configuring solutions, testing workflows, and supporting go-live.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams.
