Part-Time Odoo Functional Consultant – Sales, CRM & Operations
We are looking for a proactive Odoo Functional Consultant (Sales, CRM & Operations) to design and implement customer-facing and operational workflows within Odoo ERP. This role focuses on optimizing lead-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes for growing organizations.
You will collaborate with clients to understand their sales, purchasing, and operational challenges and configure Odoo modules to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability across teams.

Responsibilities:
Candidate Skills & Expertise
Functional expertise in Odoo CRM, Sales, Purchase, and Invoicing
Strong understanding of lead-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes
Ability to map business processes into scalable Odoo workflows
Experience working with SMEs, startups, or mid-market clients
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable with documentation, demos, and user onboarding

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience with 4+ years in ERP, consulting, or business operations will be considered.
3–5+ years of experience working with Odoo or similar ERP systems in a functional consulting, business analyst, or operations role.
Experience working with SMEs, startups, or mid-market organizations, preferably in process-driven or subscription-based business environments.
Demonstrated end-to-end thinking in defining requirements, configuring solutions, testing workflows, and supporting go-live.
Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders and business owners, supported by clear communication and presentation skills
