Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant (Inventory & Manufacturing) to design, implement, and optimize inventory and production workflows using Odoo ERP. This role is suited for professionals who enjoy solving operational complexity through structured systems.
You will work on warehouse management, stock flows, bills of materials, and manufacturing operations, helping businesses gain better control, traceability, and efficiency across their supply chain.

Candidate Skills & Expertise

Functional expertise in Odoo Inventory and Manufacturing (MRP) modules

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock valuation, and BOMs

Ability to translate operational workflows into Odoo configurations

Experience with multi-location inventory or production environments

Collaboration skills to work with technical teams and client stakeholders

Exposure to testing, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience with 4+ years in ERP, consulting, or business operations will be considered.

3–5+ years of experience working with Odoo or similar CRM/ERP systems in a functional consulting, business analyst, or operations role.

Experience working with SMEs, startups, or mid-market organizations, preferably in process-driven or subscription-based business environments.

Demonstrated end-to-end thinking in defining requirements, configuring solutions, testing workflows, and supporting go-live.
